Delivery Guide

1. SERVICED COUNTRIES

1.1 Kinderroom delivers its products to most postal areas in the UK. However please see the list of outlying postcodes and postal areas below where our standard delivery charges do not apply and a quotation will be provided.

1.2 Outlying postcodes and postal areas – by courier:
GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, ZE, Northern Ireland, Ireland, all other offshore islands e.g. Inner Hebrides. Some restrictions are also placed on the extent to which we accept orders from other countries outside the UK.

Outlying postcodes and postal areas – by personal delivery:
AB, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, ZE, Northern Ireland, Ireland, all other offshore islands e.g. Inner Hebrides, Isle of Wight. Some restrictions are also placed on the extent to which we accept orders from other countries outside the UK.

1.3 We will notify you by email as soon as reasonably possible if we cannot make the supply to you.

2. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

2.1 Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in our Confirmation notice to you or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Confirmation notice, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

2.2 Most of our Products are sourced from continental Europe and their availability varies from supplier to supplier.

Most non-furniture items when in stock can be delivered within 3 – 5 working days, when out of stock within 2 – 3 weeks.

If you require express delivery please telephone us on 01926 888 250 and we will work with you to find the best delivery time. A moderate surcharge will be quoted individually.

Most furniture items can be delivered within 7 – 9 weeks or earlier if in stock; if you order personalised furniture items we will provide you with an individual quotation for delivery.

2.3 Our delivery charges are based on a combination of size and weight of the Product and the post code you have provided to us (Please see also Serviced Countries 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3).

By courier:
Small items e.g. small wooden toys or soft toys	£4.75
Medium items e.g. medium wooden toys	£7.95
Large items e.g. large wooden toys or medium furniture	£11.95
Personal delivery:
Large items over 30kg	£55.00 *
Orders over £500	Free *

* Assembly of furniture where necessary can be arranged. A moderate surcharge will be quoted individually. Please telephone us on 01926 888 250.

2.4 Our delivery service is aimed to give you a complete peace of mind. When you arrange assembly with us we will deliver the items to the room of your choice, unwrap, assemble and all packaging materials will be removed.

2.5 Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 7pm. If this does not suit you please telephone us on 01926 888 250 and we will work with you to find a suitable delivery time and date. A moderate surcharge will be quoted individually.
